Private Group Yoga Classes (4 to 5 People Max)
Private group classes may include multi-client goals which include an intake and assessments. Based on these assessments and the group’s goals, the therapist and clients work together to create a treatment plan based on the the collective needs.
The clients work on the treatment plan between sessions – during yoga sessions the therapist helps to refine the plan, address barriers, and mitigate any in-the-moment concerns.
Private group yoga lessons are great for beginners, or those who feel more comfortable practising in an intimate space that may be customized and tailored to meet specific needs of the participants. This kind of yoga training – in smaller groups – helps brings about a friendly atmosphere in a more confidential setting.
