Robert Chrzaszcz
Exercise Physiologist
Rob is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who completed his degree in Exercise Science through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
Over the past decade Rob has focused his studies on; Exercise Biomechanics, Anatomy and Clinical Assessments.
Rob has earned two diplomas in Police Foundations and Health and Fitness as well as two degrees in Physical Education and Exercise Science for Health and Performance with honours.
Rehabilitation Personal Trainer
In addition, Rob provides education on the underlying issues that contribute to common injuries and provide various massage therapy and modalities.
Mike Warren
Certified Personal Trainer
As a registered Kinesiologist Mike has been helping clients with a wide array of injuries and health concerns since 2011.
He began his rehabilitation career in the Niagara region providing fall prevention and balance programs for seniors.
Since then Mike has worked at various physiotherapy clinics in the area specializing in everything from knee replacements to concussion rehabilitation.
Registered Kinesiologist
On the fitness side of Mike’s background, he has been a fitness coach at the YMCA since 2013 providing one on one personal training and fitness classes that include; spin, aqua fit and boot camps
Mike enrolled in the Kinesiology and physical education program at Brock University and graduated in 2011.
Since his graduation Mike has become a member of the Ontario College of Kinesiologist and continues to improve his education with multiple seminars and workshops in several different fitness and rehabilitation areas.
Ryan
Certified Personal Trainer
Ryan is a Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years of experience in personal training, he’s had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, from novices to seasoned athletes.
His degree in Kinesiology provides a solid foundation in exercise science, allowing him to develop customized, evidence-based training programs that address each client’s unique needs and goals. With an approach focusing on combining effective exercise techniques with personalized strategies to help you achieve optimal results and maintain long-term health.
Nutrition
Ryan also holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, with a personal focus on sports nutrition and healthy living. His primary aim is to seamlessly integrate nutritional strategies into fitness plans to enhance your performance and overall well-being.
Additionally, Ryan emphasizes the importance of aligning your diet with your training, ensuring that it supports peak performance and a balanced lifestyle. He provides guidance on how proper nutrition can complement your exercise routine for optimal results.
