Robert Chrzaszcz
Exercise Physiologist
Rob is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who completed his degree in Exercise Science through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
Over the past decade Rob has focused his studies on; Exercise Biomechanics, Anatomy and Clinical Assessments.
Rob has earned two diplomas in Police Foundations and Health and Fitness as well as two degrees in Physical Education and Exercise Science for Health and Performance with honours.
Rehabilitation Personal Trainer
Rob is also a personal trainer with over 15 years of training experience working with a variety of clients with diverse and unique conditions. His primary focus is to provide exercise management for individuals who benefit from the preventative and rehabilitative application of exercise to live a pain-free and healthy lifestyle.
In addition, Rob provides education on the underlying issues that contribute to common injuries and provide various massage therapy and modalities.

Ryan
Certified Personal Trainer, BKin
Ryan is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 3 years experience working with a wide variety of clients, from beginners to university level athletes.
His degree in Kinesiology provides a solid foundation in exercise science, allowing him to develop customized, evidence-based training programs that address each client’s unique needs and goals.
Ryan’s experience directly learning from national-level sports performance coaches equips him to help athletes achieve their peak athletic performance.
Ryan prioritizes the importance of exercise technique. His acute attention to detail will set you on the right path to safely achieving your goals.
Outside of Niagara Fit, Ryan is currently studying Osteopathy to further his education. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and playing golf
